Temporary changes to the planning legislation came into force on Friday 24 April. This has introduced changes for public consultation for major planning applications. Read the Scottish Government Guidance

Decision making on delegated planning applications is continuing as normal although there are no confirmed dates for North Ayrshire Council’s Planning Committee at present.
We regret to advise that it is not possible to undertake site inspections at present. Officers may ask for photographs in order to assist their assessment of a case.
